The ITS-AX3-4 vehicle detection sensor is used on boom barrier gate at parking lot or garage entrance. It can detect the vehicle presence and proximity and deliver reliable relay output to control the parking access gate. This series includes 79Ghz ITS-AX1. ITS-AX2, ITS-AX3 anti collistion models, 60GHz ITS-AX3-4 anti-collision models and ITS-TX2 trigger model. It is easy to install and configure, no need to have any further construction on ground, cost saving solution to traditional sensors. By using the advanced millimeter wave sensing technology to ensure the accurate detection on vehicle, human and object at the parking gate control area, the boom barrier sensor radar is developed to replace the traditional loop sensor.
Easy Above-ground Installation
The radar is installed above-ground on a barrier housing, wall or pole. It help to realize a less invasive solution for many locations where a ground loop is not possible or even allowed. Labar saved, ground protected and operation convenient. The radar is very convenient and usesfully under special situation like:
Where digging is not possible
Resin bound driveways, stone/brick pavements
Where civil engineering is not possible
Public areas, post tensioned concrete, steel grating, drains, etc.

Stable Performance
The boom gate sensor is millimeter wave technology radar with the highly integrated TI chip SOC scheme, which has the characteristics of small size, low cost, all-weather working capability, high detection, high sensitivity, high precision,easy debug&installation, very good stability and reliability. It is a new type detector which can be perfect alternative of loop detectors.
Vehicle/Human Distinguish
By parameter set, the sensor can determine whether to detect passing person or not to satisfy various needs.
Detection Area Set by Mobile APP
Anti collision mode sensor default detection length is 3m in front and 0.5m left & right side. Trigger mode sensor default detection length is 1.9m in front and 0.5m left & right side. Different detection areas can be configured via Microbrain Self-designed mobile APP or laptop debugging software.
Configuration parameters saving and reload
Configuration such as detection area can be automatically saved, and the latest configuration parameters will be loaded after sensor power off and restart.
Firmware Upgrade
The firmware can be upgraded online through App or RS-485. No need to dismantle the sensor, and the new firmware will be effective just by restarting the sensor power.

Applied Gates - ITS-AX3-4
ITS-AX3-4 radar can be used only for ordinary straight arm barrier gate.
If other complicated barrier gate types needed for use, the anti-fall model ITS-AX1, ITS-AX2 or trigger model ITS-TX2 will be more appropriate.
